As a result, the construction company OsOO "Jaz Stroy," which is responsible for the work, was fined 200,000 soms.
The temporary fence was restored, and the contracting organization was issued a directive requiring them to bring the structure into order within 24 hours.
The Ministry of Construction is also conducting inspections at other construction sites to ensure compliance with safety requirements, especially in adverse weather conditions. Measures will be taken based on the results of the inspections in accordance with current legislation.
