These rates will be in effect temporarily until March 1, 2027, during which the previously effective orders of the Antimonopoly Service dated April 29, 2025, No. 33, and June 25, 2025, No. 49, have lost their force.
Rates for Irrigation Water
According to the new price list, the following tariff rates are established (soms per 1 cubic meter of water):
For land irrigation:
– I–IV quarters — 0.05 soms
– II–III quarters — 0.15 soms
For water use in energy, drinking water supply, and fishery activities — 0.15 soms (year-round)
For water use in industry — 0.40 soms (year-round)
The rates will be applied within the Unified Register of State Services and pertain to the supply of water from state water management systems depending on the volume of consumption.
Responsibilities of the Water Resources Service:
- approve the price list in the established manner;
- provide it to the Antimonopoly Service;
- publish the rates in official languages in accessible places for consumers.
