As a result of an inspection conducted by the prosecutor's office, it was revealed that the building of a former school in the village of Kashka, located in the city of Orlovka, had been unlawfully transferred to private hands. At the time of the inspection, the educational facility, with a total area of 0.55 hectares, was in a partially dilapidated condition.
In accordance with the prosecutor's response act dated January 29, 2026, this building was officially returned to municipal ownership. The market value of the returned property amounted to 8,082,200 soms.
