Former Head of the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Appointed First Deputy Mayor of the City of Manas

Davlyanov Damirbek Tayirbekovich has been appointed the first deputy mayor of Manas.

This decision was signed by Mayor Abdupata Matkalikov.

Damirbek Davlyanov, born on March 21, 1986, in Osh, has a higher education — he graduated from the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with a degree in "Jurisprudence".

Since October 26, 2017, he has headed the Department of the Service for Combating Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs [head of the UBOB of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic].

In 2018, Davlyanov retired from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

He has been awarded the title of "Honorary Citizen of the city of Bishkek," and is also recognized as a "Distinguished Officer of the Police" and a "Distinguished Officer of the Criminal Investigation Service." Additionally, he has received awards for achievements in the fight against organized crime and for countering extremism and terrorism.

Turmush reports that his predecessor, Imanaliev Kubanychbek Baktybekovich, left the position voluntarily.

In the elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in 2025, Davlyanov is running for electoral district No. 23, which covers the Pervomaisky district of Bishkek (number of voters: 131,968). The boundaries of the district include MTU-201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 208, and MTU-206 of the village of Prigorodnoye.
