The Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Edil Baisalov, spoke at a meeting of the Collegium of the Ministry of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies of the Kyrgyz Republic, as reported by the government press service. During this meeting, the results of the ministry's work for 2025 were summarized, and key tasks for the upcoming 2026 year were outlined.
Collegium members presented their reports on various areas, including digital transformation and information security issues, as well as the results of the work of subordinate organizations such as the Service for Regulation and Supervision in the Field of Communications, the Archive Service, JSC "Tunduk," JSC "Kyrgyz Post," and JSC "Kyrgyztelecom."
In his speech, Edil Baisalov emphasized that digital transformation is the most important strategic direction of state policy, directly influencing the effectiveness of governance and the transparency of public services.
As a result of the meeting, further priorities were defined to accelerate digital reforms, improve public services, and create a modern digital infrastructure for the Kyrgyz Republic.
