Deputy Chyngyz Ajibayev has submitted a resignation letter, deciding to leave the position of first vice-speaker of his own accord. This became known during a session of the Jogorku Kenesh, where Speaker Marlen Mamataliyev announced this information.
Mamataliyev noted that he has known Ajibayev since the 7th convocation of the Jogorku Kenesh and highly values his professionalism.
“When I became speaker, we had a short period of working together, and he proved himself to be a true professional,” the speaker added.
