“The waste emits an unpleasant odor, leading to unsanitary conditions. The city authorities must take immediate action and hold those responsible accountable,” local residents express their dissatisfaction.
Meanwhile, the Tokmok municipal property management informed that this area is not under their jurisdiction and falls under the forestry department.
“Our ecologists cannot conduct an inspection in this area, as it belongs to the forestry service, and they themselves must resolve this issue,” the agency's statement said.
