In honor of International Women's Day and the release of the ninth volume of the "Encyclopedia of Women of Kyrgyzstan," the State Secretary of the Kyrgyz Republic, Arslan Koichiev, delivered a congratulatory speech. This was reported by the presidential administration.

This is our historical challenge!” he noted.
Koichiev stressed that Kyrgyz women are the foundation of the nation and the heart of the family; their energy and care shape the moral core of society.
