Center specialists conducted inspections in preschool institutions, during which they assessed the conditions for storing food, cooking technologies, the sanitary condition of kitchen utensils, compliance with staff personal hygiene, as well as the cleanliness of refrigerators and storage areas. In addition, the safety of food products and adherence to storage periods were checked.
These activities are aimed at tightening sanitary standards in kindergartens, ensuring food safety, and protecting the health of young children.
