The excursion allowed the delegation to familiarize themselves with the operation of the plant, including the technological cycle of waste processing, measures to ensure environmental safety, and innovative technologies used in the production process. Participants received comprehensive information about the plant's design capacity, waste disposal system, and the volumes of electricity generated as a result of processing.

It is important to note that Bishkek has been facing serious environmental problems for many years: up to 1,500 tons of waste are sent to the landfill daily, and until recently, there was no comprehensive solution to this issue. The opening of the first waste processing plant in Central Asia has been a significant step towards improving the environmental situation in the capital.

The total investment in the project amounted to 95 million US dollars. The plant is expected to process up to 365,000 tons of waste per year and launch a 30 MW condensing turbine generator power plant.

Currently, the facility is already capable of processing up to 1,000 tons of waste per day, with the prospect of gradually increasing this capacity.
