The Art Dialog forum took place in Bishkek, initiated by the Ministry of Culture, Information, and Youth Policy of Kyrgyzstan in collaboration with the NTRC.
According to the ministry's press service, the discussion involved the minister and representatives from the music sector, who shared their views on the current state and future of this field. All proposals and comments from participants were recorded in the minutes and will be considered in decision-making.
Important topics discussed at the meeting included the need to update infrastructure, reform the professional education system, increase the number of concert venues, as well as issues of copyright protection and support for young performers.
Minister Mirbek Mambetaliev emphasized that "Art Dialog is not just a meeting, but a constructive platform for exchanging ideas and experiences, discussing creative directions, and inspiring new initiatives."
