According to information from the regional police, on March 2, Police Colonel Zholbold Kockonov, the head of the Naryn region's Department of Internal Affairs, introduced the new leaders appointed based on the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Lieutenant Colonel of Police Maksat Dumanaev was appointed as the Deputy Head of the Naryn region's Department of Internal Affairs, while Lieutenant Colonel of Police Ümotaly [Umotaly] Musaev took charge of the investigative service of this department.
During the introduction of the new leaders, key tasks were outlined. In particular, emphasis was placed on the need to ensure public safety, strict adherence to legislation, and strengthening discipline among employees.
