Successes in the field of export and international cooperation in the agricultural sector of Kyrgyzstan have become the subject of a report from the press service of the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry.
According to the ministry's information, in 2025, the country exported the following agricultural products:
- 40 tons of lentil seeds were sent to Russia.
- 1500 tons of Lagenaria pumpkin seeds were exported to Japan.
- The first batch of dried plums, totaling 23 tons, was sent to China.
- A hybrid corn variety "Oktabrskaya 70" was sent to Uzbekistan for testing.
The ministry emphasizes that these initiatives are aimed at supporting Kyrgyz farmers, promoting their products in foreign markets, and increasing farmers' incomes.
There are also plans to continue working on projects aimed at developing exports and strengthening international ties. These actions are of great importance for supporting local production and ensuring the country's food security.
