He was appointed to his position in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of the Kyrgyz Republic, which was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers' resolution No. 221 dated April 22, 2025. His resignation was also due to health conditions.
Myrzabek Rakhatovich Akylbekov was born in 1998 in the village of Chayek in the Jumgal district. In 2016, he completed his education at the T. Tursunbaeva Secondary School, after which he enrolled in the South Ural State University in Russia, graduating successfully in 2022 with a degree in architecture.
He began his career in 2022, working at the Jumgal District Department of Urban Planning and Architecture as a specialist. From July 7, 2025, he became the head of the design department, and from August 20, 2025, he served as the acting head of the department. On November 3, 2025, he was appointed as the head of the department.
Currently, Myrzabek is married and is the father of one child.
