The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, Adylbek Kasymaliev, has signed a resolution that approves the Procedure for suspending and restricting the operation of websites and pages containing pornographic content.
This document has been developed in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the prohibition of access to websites containing content with elements of a pornographic nature in the internet space of the Kyrgyz Republic".
It should be noted that this law was adopted with the aim of enhancing the level of information security and protecting citizens, including minors, from unacceptable content, as well as ensuring compliance with public morality on the internet.
The specified Procedure defines the mechanism for identifying and suspending the operation of websites that contain pornographic materials in the country's network.
