In Osh, two drivers were fined 30,000 soms for auto hooliganism

In the city of Osh, there was an incident where two drivers, exhibiting dangerous driving behavior, were fined a total of 30,000 soms for actions related to auto hooliganism.

This information was announced by representatives of the patrol service of the Osh city police department.

According to law enforcement agencies, the incidents occurred on the streets of Kurmanjan Datka and A. Sargalchaev. During the inspection, it was established that the drivers of the cars "Lexus LX 470" and "Kia K7" violated traffic rules, which served as the basis for imposing a fine of 15,000 soms each, as well as conducting explanatory conversations with them.

Additionally, another case of auto hooliganism was recently recorded, during which five young people were identified. They installed sound signals, additional light devices, and fake state license plates on their car to film a video.

As a result, their car was placed in a towing lot, and a fine of 10,000 soms was imposed for using fake license plates.



Article 189. Auto Hooliganism

1. Auto hooliganism is defined as deliberate actions by a driver that grossly violate public order and the peace of citizens, expressing clear disrespect for society, and accompanied by violations of traffic rules (for example, street racing, demonstrative driving in inappropriate places, etc.) -

such actions entail a fine for individuals in the amount of 150 calculation indicators.

2. If a similar action, as provided in part 1 of this article, is committed again within a year, -

this may lead to the revocation of the right to drive a vehicle for a period of up to 6 months.
