The first step is to obtain a cloud electronic signature through the "Tunduk" application. Then, you need to register on the platform license.minstroy.kg and upload your diploma and work book in PDF format to your personal account.
After the uploaded documents are verified, you will be able to schedule a test and make a payment for the state service in the amount of 248 soms. Information about the date and time of the test will be available in your personal account.
On the designated day, you should come to the Ministry of Construction to take the test. Successfully passing the exam will lead to the issuance of a state qualification certificate.
