From July 15, 2022, until February 2026, he worked at the Situational Center of the Presidential Administration as a state inspector, and then was appointed Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations.

The deputies expressed hope that Chynybaev would strengthen efforts to increase the number of specialized equipment and headquarters, as well as improve drainage systems near populated areas and control compliance with fire safety regulations in new multi-story buildings.

During the voting, 81 deputies supported Chynybaev's appointment, and no one voted against it.

We remind you that Urmat Shamyrcanov was removed from the position of head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations due to suspicions of receiving a bribe.
