The deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh at a recent meeting decided to support the candidacy of Kanatbek Chynybaev for the position of Minister of Emergency Situations.
Information about the candidate's activities was presented by Bektur Zulpiyev, who is the permanent representative of the president and the cabinet of ministers in parliament.
Kanatbek Chynybaev, born in 1983 in Kara-Balta, Chui region, graduated from the Kyrgyz Technical University in 2006, and then in 2018 graduated from the Academy of Civil Protection of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.
From 2006 to 2008, he worked as a chief specialist in the Jayil department of the Northern Ministry of Emergency Situations, and from 2018 to 2020, he was in the central office of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. From 2022 to 2026, he held the position of emergency situations expert in the Presidential Administration, and from February 2026 to March 10, he was the deputy minister of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
