The Karakol City Department of the Bailiff Service under the General Prosecutor's Office of Kyrgyzstan was handling the case of debt recovery for a state loan from the debtor O.M.Z., who is the founder of LLC "Lena Fashion".
The enforcement order was issued based on a decision made by the Ak-Suu District Court of the Issyk-Kul Region on June 26, 2025. According to this decision, the debtor was required to repay 14,270,000 soms in favor of the Directorate for the Management of the Issyk-Kul Region Development Fund.
As a result of the enforcement proceedings, on March 3, 2026, the debt of 14,270,000 soms was fully repaid, confirming the execution of the court's decision in full.
