Akyil Toktoboev — Minister of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision,
Damirbek Osmonov — Minister of Health,
Kanatbek Chynybaev — Minister of Emergency Situations, as well as Jumgalbek Shabdanbekov, Chairman of the State National Security Committee.
