The deputy proposed to fine citizens and homeowners' committees for disrupting campaigning: from 10 to 20 thousand soms

The amount of the fine will be determined based on the status of the offender



Dastan Bekeshev, a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh, has initiated a bill proposing to impose fines on individuals who violate the order of campaigning during the electoral process. He presented the relevant changes at a committee meeting.


The amount of the fine will vary depending on the status of the offender. Thus, the fine for ordinary citizens will be 10 thousand soms, while homeowners' committees, heads of management companies, and chairpersons of housing cooperatives may be fined 20 thousand soms.
