At the construction site located in the Samarkandek rural district of the Batken region, non-compliance with legislative norms was discovered.
In particular, the main stages of construction work, which are subject to mandatory control, were not documented and accepted. This indicates that the requirements of the technical regulations for carrying out construction work were not fully complied with.
As a result, the Batken Regional Department of Architectural and Construction Control drew up a report against the company OsOO "Engineering Protection" and issued an order to eliminate the identified deficiencies.
Additionally, the company was fined 200,000 soms for violating the technical regulations.
