The Chuy Regional Department of the State Architectural and Construction Control under the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of Kyrgyzstan conducted an unscheduled inspection of construction sites in the Alamudun district of the Chuy region.

The inspection was carried out based on information received about the construction of a concrete plant on contours No. 312, 314, 324, and 326 of the Baytik Baatyr rural area.

During the inspection, it was established that the construction of the concrete facility is being carried out without approved project documentation, construction permits, and without the necessary agreements with authorized state bodies.

As a result of the inspection, administrative measures were applied against the LLC "Bishkek Investment Group," which is carrying out the construction work. A decision was made to impose a fine of 200,000 soms.

In addition, the operation of the identified concrete facility has been suspended until all identified violations are fully rectified and all necessary permits are obtained in accordance with the established legal procedure.
