According to the capital's mayor's office, the territory of the Eastern bus station has once again become part of municipal property.
Previously, this land plot was used by the company OsOO "Union of Drivers" for organizing parking for various vehicles; however, no rent was paid to the city budget.
Currently, the mayor's office has taken the necessary actions to reclaim the plot. The company OsOO "Union of Drivers" provided a guarantee letter for the dismantling of the installed structures within three days.
The process of clearing the territory of vehicles and dismantling the fences is now underway.
In the future, reconstruction of this area is planned. The Eastern bus station will be adapted for the operation of taxis and minivans that will serve routes to the cities of Kemin, Kant, and Tokmok.
As part of the upcoming work, the area will be completely paved, outdoor lighting will be installed, road markings will be made, and necessary road signs will be placed.
