Recently, a video appeared on social media from one of the residents who filmed a notice attached to one of the damaged columns and humorously commented on the situation.
City administration reported that after a car crashed into the building, immediate actions were taken to begin reconstruction.
“This is an old building of the House of Culture, which has regional significance, but it is on the balance sheet of the Kant city administration. In February, there was a traffic accident that damaged one of the columns at the entrance, causing a crack. This created a potential threat. On the same day, we posted a notice, and soon began the necessary repair work,” the official statement said.
