By 2028, Kyrgyzstan plans to provide 80% of children with preschool education

In the Issyk-Kul region, a meeting was held with representatives from the Ministry of Education and staff from educational institutions in Karakol, as well as the districts of Ak-Suu, Jeti-Oguz, and Tyup.

The Minister of Education, Dogdurkul Kendirbaeva, during the meeting, announced plans to provide preschool education to 80% of children by 2028.

She also noted that as part of the educational reform, proposals are being considered for transitioning to a 12-year education system, implementing digital educational platforms, ensuring transparency and accessibility in the educational process, along with creating new standards for subjects.
