In Kyrgyzstan, the process of creating a unified emergency response service is actively underway, which will operate based on the information system "112". These activities are being carried out according to the directive of the Prime Minister, as reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES).

Additionally, the country is also implementing an emergency call system for operational services, designed to respond to accidents and disasters, which is part of fulfilling the requirements of the Customs Union technical regulations.

This new system will significantly simplify the transmission of information about incidents to emergency services, which, in turn, will reduce response times.

As part of this initiative, Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Azamat Mambetov held a meeting with representatives of the company "Iskara Technologies".

During the discussion, aspects of the technical implementation of the "112" system, integration of digital solutions, and ways to improve interaction between operational services to enhance the effectiveness of emergency response were considered.

It should be noted that the implementation of a unified emergency response system will positively impact the processing of citizen requests, improve service coordination, and increase the level of public safety.
