According to the agency's data, the Prosecutor's Office of Kyrgyzstan is actively implementing the decrees of the country's president, including the decree of June 5, 2025, No. 178 on the "National Development Program of the Kyrgyz Republic until 2030" and the decree of December 18, 2024, No. 369 on the Doctrine "National Spirit - Global Heights".
Last year, the regional prosecutor's office organized 177 meetings, attended by more than 33,000 students, about 30,000 parents, and representatives of government agencies. These meetings addressed issues related to crime prevention and its prevention.
As part of a plan aimed at "Ensuring constant monitoring of the enforcement of laws in the field of crime prevention," including domestic violence and road safety, the prosecutor's office conducted 54 inspections. As a result, 142 violations of legislation were identified. To eliminate these violations, 43 recommendations, 6 demands, and 7 warnings were issued. Following the prosecutor's actions, 52 officials were held accountable for disciplinary violations.
In 2025, in the area of compliance with legislation on the protection of entrepreneurs' rights, 35 inspections were conducted, during which 100 violations were identified. Of these, 99 violations have already been rectified. Additionally, 1 protest, 3 resolutions to annul violations, 28 recommendations, 2 demands, and 3 warnings were issued. As a result, 2 cases of violations were initiated, and 28 employees were held accountable for disciplinary violations, while 2 officials were fined.
Over the past year, the Prosecutor's Office of Jalal-Abad region received 36 appeals from entrepreneurs. Of these, 19 were satisfied, 14 received clarifications, and 3 were forwarded to the appropriate authorities.
Furthermore, the prosecutor's office held 48 meetings with representatives of the business community and law enforcement agencies, during which current issues from various sectors of business were discussed, as stated in the report.
