According to information, the event was attended by employees of the regional judicial system, as well as scholars, including Doctor of Philological Sciences and Professor Zhyldyz Orozbekova from the Chyngyz Aitmatov Institute of Language and Literature, and Baibolot Abytov, head of the "Fund of Eastern Manuscripts and Heritage" at Osh State University. Also present were teacher Zarlyk Soltoev and representatives of local authorities, including leaders from the presidential representative office and the city administration of Osh.
The meeting was opened by the chairman of the Osh Regional Court, Erlan Asanov. He noted that "The national idea 'National Spirit — World Heights,' voiced by the president, sets new strategic directions for all state bodies, including the judicial system. The main task of this doctrine is to create a modern state based on national values that serves the interests of the people," he said.
The event was organized in accordance with Order No. 202 of the Chairman of the Supreme Court, issued on August 12, 2025, regarding the implementation of this doctrine. Erlan Asanov pointed out that for the judicial system, this means strengthening trust in justice, enhancing legal culture, and creating a system that meets international standards.
Participants discussed the importance of promoting national values and spiritual heritage, particularly the epic "Manas," in the context of the judicial system. They emphasized the need to preserve the native language and strengthen spiritual culture as fundamental aspects of national identity.
The event was accompanied by a concert program, during which melodies of the komuz were played, and a theatrical performance featuring excerpts from the epic "Manas" was presented by court employees.
At the conclusion, participants were shown videos prepared by the courts of the Osh region. As a result of the "Best Video" competition, the video from the Osh City Court won and was awarded a gift from the city authorities.
