The event was attended by the Minister of Economy Bakyt Sydykov and the Chairman of the National Commission on the State Language and Language Policy under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Melis Murataliev.
Minister Sydykov emphasized that the doctrine includes important tasks such as the development of taxation, private property, exports, the introduction of economic innovations, support for domestic production, and the green economy. These areas are reflected in the action plan for implementing the concept, which was approved by the order of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce on June 23, 2025.
“We must serve the state with full dedication, and the development of its economy is our great responsibility. This movement should be aimed at achieving world standards while considering the interests of the nation. Each of us strives for the prosperity of Kyrgyzstan,” noted Sydykov.
Murataliev, in his speech, highlighted the main goals and principles of the new doctrine, which aims to unite the efforts of state, public, and civil institutions to form high-moral and responsible citizen-patriots.
The doctrine is aimed at strengthening spiritual and moral values and forming sustainable life principles among citizens.
The key areas of the doctrine include: upbringing, science, education, and culture; environmental protection; economic development; the state language; social relations; physical culture and sports; as well as religion.
