The nation that has a rich life experience possesses unique knowledge, thanks to which it has achieved all the benefits and heights on its path of development and occupies a worthy place in the world community, produces great rulers who, in turn, leave behind a bright memory in world history. Every nation has its own school of state-building (nation-building). And it all begins with the theory of elites.
What is the Kyrgyz theory of elites? Who was considered the elite, how were they identified, educated, born? How was it in the centuries-old history of the Kyrgyz people and how are things today? This will be the topic of discussion at the next lecture on Kyrgyz Studies, which will take place on August 3 at the ethno-complex "Supara" (Kök-Jar village, Karagul Akmat St., 1a).
