Satyev noted that the judicial system has been divided into three key areas: criminal, civil-economic, and administrative cases. Specialized programs are being developed for each of these areas.
According to him, work on criminal cases is nearing completion, and one of the most significant changes will be the transition to an online format for court proceedings.
“Such digitalization will ensure transparency and accessibility of judicial proceedings. Anyone interested will be able to follow the progress of the case in real-time,” explained the Chairman of the Supreme Court.
He also added that a team of IT specialists, together with the Ministry of Digitalization, is working on all the necessary details for the successful implementation of these innovations.
