A Literary Evening in Support of Civil Identity Took Place in Bishkek

On November 18, a literary evening dedicated to the work of Topchugul Shaidullaeva, the people's writer of Kyrgyzstan, took place in Bishkek. This was reported by the press service of the city administration.

The event was held at the Central Library named after Tologon Kasymbekov and was part of the implementation of the Concept for the Development of Civil Identity "Kyrgyz Citizen" for 2021–2026, approved by the president.

The evening was opened by the Deputy Head of the Culture Department of the Bishkek City Administration, Absamat Akunov, who emphasized the importance of state policy in the field of civil identity and noted the significant contribution of Shaidullaeva to the development of Kyrgyz literature.

Among the honored guests of the event were Associate Professor of the K. Karasaev Kyrgyz State University, Candidate of Philological Sciences Asyl Jamasheva, entrepreneur and active reader Tursunay Syrgataeva, as well as poetess Aigul Togolokova. They highly appreciated the writer's skill in creating vivid artistic images and expressed their wishes for her continued creative success.

Topchugul Shaidullaeva shared her thoughts on her creative journey and answered questions from the audience. At the end of the evening, the director of the Centralized Library System of the Culture Department of the city administration, Kulsaira Dandybaeva, presented letters of appreciation to active participants and guests.
