During an investigation conducted by the Prosecutor's Office of the Issyk-Kul region, it was revealed that in 1997, the property complex of the "Kyrchin" tourist base, located in the Kyrchin Gorge, was transferred to private individuals in violation of legislation. This was reported by the General Prosecutor's Office of Kyrgyzstan.

As a result of the prosecutor's actions, the tourist base complex, valued at 501.0 million soms, as well as a land plot of 11 hectares, were returned to state ownership.
