In Kyrgyzstan, on the occasion of the holiday of Qadir-Tun, the Red Crescent of the United Arab Emirates held an iftar event, during which 14 thousand people were fed.
The organizers reported that the charitable action covered several regions of the country and was aimed at supporting needy families. Special food products were prepared and distributed among those who were fasting.
In honor of Qadir-Tun, all Muslims gathered in the mosques of Kyrgyzstan prayed for peace in the Middle East and for unity in society.
It is important to note that the Red Crescent of the UAE has previously provided humanitarian assistance to Kyrgyzstan.
