Ubaidulla Satimkulov, a judge of the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek, issued a ruling in the case of Begimai Israilova, who was accused under part 1 of Article 330 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic for "Inciting racial, ethnic, national, religious, or interregional hostility (hatred)." This information was provided by lawyer Akmat Alagushyev.

Israilova posted on Instagram on November 10, 2025, in which, according to the investigation, "provocative and derogatory expressions aimed at inciting hatred towards citizens of the PRC" were used. According to the prosecution, the Reels video contained elements that contributed to the formation of negative stereotypes and undermined the foundations of interethnic relations. On November 21, 2025, a criminal case was initiated, and she was charged under part 2 of Article 330 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, after which she was arrested. During the investigation, the charges were revised, and the case was transferred to the Pervomaisky District Court, changing the qualification to part 1 of Article 330.

Ultimately, after reviewing the case, the court changed the measure of restraint, and on March 17, 2026, it ruled to acquit Israilova due to the absence of a crime.
