According to preliminary data, the incident took place on March 17 around 7:00 PM on Zhayyl-baatyra Street, on the stretch of road between Kara-Balta and Chaldovar, near the Chaldovar bus stop.
The injured party, a 34-year-old citizen from the Panfilov district, was taken to the trauma department of the local hospital by an ambulance crew. According to medical staff, his condition is currently stable.
