The event took place on the night of March 16, 2026, in the Issyk-Ata district. During a patrol, traffic inspectors tried to stop a "Daewoo Nexia" car in the village of Ivanovka, but the driver ignored their demands and attempted to flee.
As a result of operational actions, the violator was apprehended. He turned out to be a 20-year-old citizen known as M.A.A.
Protocols were drawn up against the driver under the Code of Administrative Offenses. According to official data, he was charged under the following articles:
- Article 184 ("Disobedience to a lawful order of an internal affairs officer");
- Article 185 ("Failure to comply with the requirements to stop a vehicle");
- Article 188, part 3 ("Violation of vehicle operation rules");
- Article 194 ("Driving a vehicle with violations of state license plate installation rules or without documents").
As a result of all identified violations, the driver was fined 55,000 soms.
