Schoolchildren from Kyrgyzstan won medals at the KIPHO Olympiad


An international physics Olympiad named after P.L. Kapitsa took place in Dolgoprudny, Russia, where schoolchildren from Kyrgyzstan participated.

According to the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic, from March 5 to 12, the participants of the competition won two bronze medals:

- Bronze medal in the individual competition: Aitegin Emilbekov (11th grade, "Gazprom Kyrgyzstan" school);

- Bronze medal in the team competition: Umar Tutashev (10th grade, "Gazprom Kyrgyzstan" school).

The KIPHO Olympiad consisted of three stages, during which participants solved both theoretical and experimental tasks, completing them individually and in teams.

The team was accompanied by coaches Andrey Sidorenko and Turgunbek Omurkanov.
