As stated by the ensemble's teacher, Rayla Izambaeva, musicians from 7 regions of Kyrgyzstan participated in the competition. Her students performed the composition "Saltanat Shyngyrama" by Karamoldo Orozov. Fourth-grade student Sumaya Ashymova, who performed the piece "Zhorgo Zhurosh" by Bekbolot Abduvaliev on the komuz, took first place. The second place was awarded to a folklore ensemble that performed the composition "Boz Zhorgo".
The girls from the Toktogul district, who won the grand prize, were awarded a trip to Turkey.
