The competition was organized as part of the concept for the development of civic identity "Kyrgyz Jaraany," which is planned for the period from 2021 to 2026, as well as in accordance with the decrees "National Achievements of World Level" and "Path of Heritage." The main goal of the event was to identify and support gifted young performers, as well as to promote the cultural heritage of Kyrgyzstan through children's creativity.
The event covered three age groups: 7-11 years, 12-14 years, and 15-17 years, and was held in several nominations:
- Vocal
- Choreography
- Performance on musical instruments.
Participants included young musicians from children's creativity clubs as well as talented students from general education schools in the city. In the "Vocal" category, 31 participants performed, 48 presented choreography, and 15 showcased musical performances. A total of 95 students participated in the competition.
The winners who took the top three places were awarded diplomas, while the other active participants received certificates of honor. Successful performers in each category and age group will continue to participate in the regional stage of the competition.
