During the celebrations for Nowruz in Naryn, President Sadyr Japarov announced that the gross domestic product of the region has increased from 18 billion soms in 2020 to 40 billion soms by 2025. This corresponds to an impressive growth rate of 224%.
According to the president's statement, over the past five years, the volume of industrial production has increased by 5.7 times. In 2021, 30 industrial enterprises were opened in the region, and by 2025, their number has grown to 134. These changes have contributed to the creation of hundreds of new jobs.
