According to witnesses, the driver of the "Toyota Avalon" attempted to swerve around a pedestrian who unexpectedly stepped onto the road. As a result of this maneuver, he crashed into a barrier and overturned.
The press service of the Traffic Safety Department of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui Region provided the following information:
“On the evening of March 21, at approximately 23:50, 17-year-old driver J.B.S., operating a 'Toyota Avalon', was traveling east on Frunze Street in the village of Novopavlovka. At the intersection with Border Street, he lost control, causing the vehicle to collide with an obstacle and overturn. As a result of the accident, J.B.S. was hospitalized in the National Hospital with a head injury.”
