In Uzbekistan, the "10,000 Steps" program is back on the agenda, discussed at a recent presentation for the president. This project aims to foster a culture of healthy living and environmental awareness among citizens.

History and context of the program:

• In 2021, the "Healthy Lifestyle" platform was launched, which rewarded users who walked 10,000 steps a day with 3,000 sums.

• In 2022, cash rewards were replaced with a prize draw system (100 million sums and 1,000 bicycles every week), but soon all forms of incentives were canceled.

• Currently: the launch of an updated version of the platform is planned, focusing on environmental aspects and motivating citizens to exercise.

Official details about the new reward system and the timeline for the platform's relaunch will be announced later.
