The Minister of Transport and Communications of Kyrgyzstan, Talantbek Soltobaev, recently visited the Toktogul district as part of his working trip. He familiarized himself with the ongoing construction work on the Toktogul-Besh-Tash road.
Earthworks are currently being carried out on a 53 km section of the road.
Previously, only some segments had asphalt coverage, which created significant difficulties for local residents and vehicles.
During his trip, the minister met with workers in the road sector, checked the progress of the work, and gave instructions to ensure quality and timely completion of the work.
Asphalting the Toktogul-Besh-Tash road will facilitate the movement of residents from several villages, improve transportation links, and create conditions for the socio-economic development of the region, emphasizes the Ministry of Transport.
