In 2007–2008, the former rural administration named after N. Krupskaya violated legislation by transferring a building located on a land plot of 226.0 sq. m into private ownership. This fact was revealed during an inspection conducted by the prosecutor's office of the Sokuluk district.
The General Prosecutor's Office of Kyrgyzstan reports that after the violations were identified, a prosecutor's response act was drawn up. As a result of its consideration, property valued at 5,802,307 soms was returned to state ownership and assigned to the Sokuluk District Hospital.
