According to information provided by the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Kul region, the driver of a "Daewoo Nexia" named Ch. Zh. was traveling west on Akhunbaeva street. At that time, he collided with a "Nissan X-Trail," driven by I. B., also a resident of Karakol, who was traveling on the main road from north to south on Jamansariyeva street.
