On March 26, the Deputy Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan and Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry Erlis Akunbekov held a meeting with representatives of companies engaged in the import of mineral fertilizers into the country.
According to the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers, during the discussion, the importing companies provided information about the current situation with mineral fertilizer supplies, the volumes that have been delivered to the republic, as well as prices and the problems they are facing.
As a result of the meeting, participants emphasized the importance of taking measures to ensure timely and sufficient imports of mineral fertilizers, as well as finding solutions to the emerging difficulties. During the meeting, instructions were given to several government agencies to address issues related to the import and supply of mineral fertilizers to the country.
