Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan, in cooperation with representatives of the Employment Center Abroad under the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration, conducted outreach activities. This was done in response to citizens' appeals and with the aim of stopping illegal activities related to the employment of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Kingdom of Denmark and the Federal Republic of Germany.
During the inspection, it was revealed that the company "Asia Consult Visa," under the guise of providing visa assistance, was engaged in the employment of citizens abroad without the necessary permits.
As a result of the inspection, administrative protocols were drawn up under Article 95 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning "Illegal Activities in the Employment of Citizens."
Citizens who have been affected by the actions of this company are advised to contact the Sverdlovsk District Department of Internal Affairs in Bishkek.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs reminds that for the employment of citizens outside the country, the appropriate permits are required.
